Laoban Dumplings began as a dumpling shop in Washington, DC. Inspired by the experience teaching English in China, Patrick Coyne linked up with Tim Ma, a 5x Michelin-awarded chef, to create their own take on classic Chinese dumplings.
Laoban means “boss” in Chinese, and Laoban Dumplings pays homage to the bosses of Chinese dumpling shops. They’re crafting delicious dumplings from scratch using all-natural, premium ingredients like free range chicken and Berkshire pork, without any preservatives.
